Orders are shipped weekly from our store.
All non-sale orders may be returned for refund or exchange (excluding shipping and handling fees) within 14 days of receiving your order (Note: Orders within the United States only). Shipping and handling will be refunded in instances of Arbelos Films store error or manufacturer product error; please be sure to get in touch by sending an email to us at shop@arbelosfilms so we can provide a return label. Items returned without an email will not be accepted. Blu-ray and DVD returns/exchanges will only be accepted if the outer shrink-wrap is unbroken. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
